Refund Policy for Mechesol
At MECHESOL, we are committed to delivering exceptional engineering services and products to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating a refund request. As a product development and engineering services provider, we have established the following refund policy to address concerns regarding refunds and cancellations:
- Project Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a project before completion, a refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the stage of the project. If the project has reached a significant milestone or is near completion, refunds may not be provided. The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed and any costs incurred up to that point.
- Non-refundable Items: Certain aspects of our services, such as consultation fees or preliminary design stages, may not be refundable once payment has been made. These terms are clearly outlined during the project agreement phase.
- Refund Process: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 15 business days after the cancellation request is received. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Clients will be notified once the refund has been processed.
- Contractual Agreement: All refund requests will be evaluated based on the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of contract formation. Any requests not specified or agreed upon during the contract negotiation will not be entertained.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute over a refund, MECHESOL encourages direct dialogue between the client and our customer service team. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties may seek alternative dispute resolution methods to ensure a fair resolution.
Please note that our Refund Policy aligns with the contractual terms agreed upon between MECHESOL and the client before the commencement of any project.
