Refund Policy for MESP

At MESP powered by MECHESOL, we are committed to providing a high-quality online learning experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures that our users are treated fairly and transparently. Please read the terms outlined below carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances: 

  • Course Cancellation by MECHESOL: If MECHESOL cancels a course prior to its start date, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. 
  • Technical Issues on MECHESOL’s End: If there are technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content due to MECHESOL’s error (e.g., website downtime or issues with the course platform), you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to report the issue and provide details of the technical problem. 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances: 

  • Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend the virtual course sessions without prior notice, no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to attend the course as scheduled. 
  • Technical Issues on User’s End: If you experience technical difficulties such as issues with your internet connection, device compatibility, or software, no refund will be provided. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the technical requirements to access the course. 

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a request within 14 days of your enrollment by following these steps: 

  • Initiation: Submit a refund request via email to mesp@mechesplco.com or complete the refund request form on our website. 
  • Required Information: Include your course details, payment information, and a valid reason for the refund request. 
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days after submission.

Refund Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment. If the payment was made via credit card, refunds will be processed to the same card. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

Refund Conditions

  • A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and transaction costs. 

Refunds will be granted based on the validity of the request and subject to review by MESP management. Refunds will not be processed if the user has accessed a substantial portion of course materials or completed any assessments or tests.

Rescheduling a Course

If you fail to attend the course, you may request to reschedule your enrollment to another available session. However, rescheduling is entirely at the discretion of MECHESOL. We are under no obligation to reschedule the course for you if you fail to attend, and MECHESOL is not liable for any missed sessions.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. However, please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take longer for the funds to reflect in your account.

Policy Amendments

MECHESOL reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will apply to all future course enrollments. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
