All content on the MESP website powered by MECHESOL, including but not limited to course materials, video lectures, written content, images, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, software, and any other intellectual property (collectively referred to as “Content”), is the exclusive property of MECHESOL and its affiliated programs, including MESP. The Content is protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws, and all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content are owned by MECHESOL, unless otherwise stated.
Onwership of content
The Content provided on the MESP website is developed and owned by MECHESOL as part of its MESP program. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for personal educational purposes. This license is granted to enrolled users only and is non-commercial. All other uses of the Content, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display, are prohibited without the prior written consent of MECHESOL.
No Unauthorized Use of Distribution
You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use any Content from the MESP website for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial educational use as expressly permitted. If you submit any content to MESP, including but not limited to course reviews, discussion posts, feedback, or contributions to forums, you grant MECHESOL a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of that content in any medium, mode, or format now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose related to MESP’s services, including educational promotion and marketing.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so and that your submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
Reporting Infringements
If you believe that any content on the MESP website powered by MECHESOL infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us to report the issue. To do so, please provide the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- A description of where the infringing material is located on the MESP website.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Upon enrolling in a course offered through MESP powered by MECHESOL, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view course materials for the duration of your enrollment. This license is strictly personal and for your educational use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell any content, nor may you use the materials for commercial purposes.
Modifications to Content
MECHESOL reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any Content at any time, without notice in MESP. We may also update course materials or re-release content to reflect new information, technological advancements, or educational improvements. The availability of any specific course materials is not guaranteed.
Legal Action for Infringement
MECHESOL takes violations of its intellectual property rights very seriously. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of MESP course materials may result in legal action, including the pursuit of damages and injunctive relief, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Duration and Termination of License
The license to access course materials is valid only for the duration of your enrollment in the MESP program.
